After visiting the museum we had lunch in the cafe and then went the short distance to the airport and boarded our flight back to Auckland, then the coach back to Whangarei. A most enjoyable trip and a lot done in the 8 days.

SOUTH ISLAND TOUR DAY 8
This was our final day - after a delicious breakfast we boarded the coach for the trip to Nelson. We were dropped off at the World of Wearable Arts Museum which also incorporates a Classic Car Museum. Entry was optional and not included in the tour as several people had already been there but there was also an excellent cafe.
