Packard & Pioneer Museum

Just a 20 minute drive from home is the Packard and Pioneer Museum.

When Max and I were first married we knew Graeme Craw who set up the museum as we rented a flat under his mother's house.  see more here

We visited the Museum last week and the guide was really interesting.  It took us exactly two hours to go around all the exhibits in several large sheds.

  1. Hard to believe those shiny, restored vehicles are really old. Hugh would so enjoy this, traction engines, his Grandad had one in the very far south when he worked at a flax mill.

    1. I enjoyed it far more than I expected. It showed the way vehicles have changed over time and the guide made it so interesting. Max would have loved it.

    1. I think most men would enjoy it but I also found it fascinating. It was the information supplied by the guide that made the difference.
