A few weeks ago (well it may be a bit more than that) I bought a small Lily in a pot and left it in the back porch. Last night I was surprised to see that it is in flower, in spite of the weather, so brought it indoors today.
I had thought it was just a plain colour but it is gorgeous.
I must try to remember to show my brother that beautiful flower; he's a real fan of lilies and has grown many over the years.
ReplyDeleteI love it. It was a fairly cheap plant from the Growers' Market and the one they had in flower was a plain, bright, orange. This is so much better.
DeleteThe colours really are gorgeous. We have a white one in the garden which comes up year after year with no help from me.

DeleteIt's so pretty, must be the mild temperatures up there that it likes.
