PAINTING

Doug has not been doing as much painting lately as we seem to be constantly busy but, hopefully, he will get back to it this week.

This is his latest painting roughly based on a photo he took at Gibbs Farm a few years ago.



We were lucky with our walk this morning.  Just along the shared pathway but the rain kept away and several of us went on a second walk to check it out for next week.  It is in a new subdivision.  Hopefully some photos next week if I remember.

Once we got home the heavens opened again.

      We have been lucky with the walks but the promised fine day to dry washing is now forecast to turn to custard.

    I like that painting..he certainly has the feel of the animals and the place.
    We are back to rain here too

      We have just hung the picture in the lounge. No "back to" for the rain here. At least one shower everyday usually much more.
