Well more of a cross between a bucket and watering can.
Recently, I read about the Hachiman Japanese made designer watering cans and ordered one last week. I was pleased with the overnight delivery (from Auckland) and am very pleased with the can itself. I got the large size which is only 5 litres but so well designed. It feels quite sturdy and is easy to fill. There is no rose to block up and it pours well along the grooves.
We have a worm farm and I also make weed tea and a sieve fits in the top perfectly to strain both of these .
ALL my watering cans end-up with snails living in the spout. This would solve the problem!
ReplyDeleteI was just talking to Sue in Australia and she has frogs in the spout.
DeleteI saw this on the internet the other day and wondered how good it would be, now I see it is SO good.
ReplyDeleteSo well designed.
DeleteBroad and well balanced..a good design
ReplyDeleteI cannot fault it.
DeleteWhat a brilliant idea :)
ReplyDeleteSure is.
DeleteIt seams the Japanese are very clever with their designs, I have a few garden tools which I love, the watering can looks brilliant.
ReplyDeleteYes, they put a lot of thought into their designs.
DeleteExcellent! Japanese design is all about form AND function, they do it so well.
ReplyDeleteIt has made a huge difference for me using the weed tea I have made.
DeleteThat looks very practical. I wonder if I can get one here. I'll look out for it
ReplyDeleteWell worth it if you can.
DeleteI didn't know such a thing existed, looks very useful.
ReplyDeleteI noticed ads for it about a month ago and am so pleased I bought it. Not cheap but well designed.
