The new cook top is a huge improvement on the old one. It reacts to a change in heat settings quickly and our morning porridge making is a breeze now.
I have just used the oven for the first time to make a sultana cake for Doug's birthday tomorrow (9/11 or 11 September). The oven seemed faster heating up and the cake looks pretty good (still cooling).

DeleteIt's easy to see the difference in a new oven compared to the old one, ours is more powerful and takes less time to heat up.
