TODAY

It was a perfect day for our Parkinson's walk along the harbour at Onerahi this morning.

Last week Doug's eldest daughter mentioned that she was having trouble with her television so we asked if she would like our old one which has been sitting at the back of the sunroom since we last used it.  We had it installed for her with a new aerial and then found a set of nesting tables to put it on.  As a thank you she turned up yesterday with a delicious fruit crumble and cottage pie.  We had some of the crumble last night (and again tonight) and it was great having the cottage pie for lunch after our walk as it just needed heating.  Thank you D.

  1. That was lovely that Doug's daughter showed her appreciation in such a generous way.

    1. It is lovely along Beach Road and you can now walk on a pathway all the way into town.

    1. Yes, it is a while since we got the new T.V. as Doug was having trouble hearing the old one (turned out he needed hearing aids). The old one has been sitting forgotten behind a chair and this was the ideal solution.
