HMB ENDEAVOUR REPLICA.

The replica of the Endeavour is sailing around New Zealand at present accompanied by several Waka.  Yesterday we went down first to the Town Basin to see the Waka and then to Port Nikau to see the Endeavour. 

There was a Maori welcome taking place when we went to see the Waka.  Unfortunately, we did not get to see them arriving.

    Interesting images..and fascinating how small those early ships were.
    Look after yourself...so easy to overdo things with viruses around
